That kit however, is not an Ogre. It is Ogrethulhu, and no kitbashing is required to make it look like that. 8)

IIRC, it was a joke article in Pyramid (then shown as possible crossovers in GURPS Ogre, beside Napoleonic Ogre), then people really liked it and asked to get proper rules, then there was enough demand for them to make Ogrethulhu miniatures when the Ogre Miniatures rules came out.
