Okay, so Randall's been at it again. What have we learned?
1 A new commander's rule: a ship that doesn't do anything else can always turn 1 or 2 hexsides. This resolves the issue people were having about ships getting trapped against the border.
2 Steering Gear: an item on a ship that lets it move better. This was an item seen on a couple of ship cards in the background but not understood, also explains how you can have a Leviathan with Hexes to Enter 4 and 3MP.
3 There's a French Light Cruiser called Lave which has 2 Torpedo & 2 Steering Gear on each side. If you add the compulsory Trim Tank, it only has 1 side slot left.
4 We're going to see more ship cards before we see the Commander's rules.
All sounds interesting to me. Anything I missed?
