Some one linked to this book on a Steampunk website. After skimming the book, then devouring the military section, I had to share the link with the Leviathans enthusiasts.

There is a great deal of information here about national production numbers, ship volume, engine power, top speed, etc. It even goes so far as to list how many First and Second class ships each military has.
Reading this book, you see the beginnings of a world that almost was.
