I wonder how Italy and Austro-Hungarian Empire can have small aerial clashes with Japanese and/or US Sky Fleet? Historically they have no Asian colonies (excluding a few acres in China gained after the Boxer Rebellion).
French, British, Russian and even German Sky Fleets all have the possibility to fight with any other Major Air Power.
To make all match-ups possible, maybe give some ahistorical colonies to Austria-Hungaria and Italy
