I'm willing to pay extra if we make it in the US.

As per Randall's comments on the BT forums, re the BT box set, it costs 8 times as much to get equivalent work done in the US in some areas. That's a little too much to even consider - I don't know that $480 boxes are going to sell well (note - that's a gross simplification ...)

Aren't there countries aside from China that have workers cheaper than the US?  China seems to always have issues getting something out on time and a lot of times it has nothing to do with the work itself.
