I know the miniatures aren't out but how about a modelling section?

I know the miniatures aren't out but how about a modelling section?

Becuase the public details on the miniatures are so scares at this point, I felt a 'miniatures/modeling' section wasn't appropriate yet. However, if there's enough requests for it (obviously in preparation for when I do have details to share), then by all means I'll create one.

one thing that i think does work well that i have added to forums before, is a welcome to the forum section, where new members post first to say hi etc etc, this helps a new user not to feel a bit shy and be able to make his first post and be welcomed by all the friendly forumites :)

Could we get an In-character section anytime soon?

I really wouldn't mind a spellchecker to help not look like an idiot when trying to type some of the words that don't sound like they're spelled.
I'd like to second this. 'Check Spelling' feature on CBT.com helps to avoid some really embarrassing mistakes, especially for non-native speakers such as myself :)

However, some of us don't use firefox.

Besides which, Firefox only tells you spelled the word wrong..it does not let you select the word and get it corrected.

Actually, it will give you suggestions, right click on the underlined word and there's your list of possible corrections.

I have, elsewhere, actually managed to run games on a forum.  I managed to get most of the way through two Battleground games.

So, how about an area to run Play-by-forum games?

I speak English GOODER!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

On a serious note, I may be missing this, but is there or can we have a "new post" search function.

Rather than heading from forum section to forum section, I can just click on New Posts and see what posts I have not seen yet. If I am interested in the topic, I can click on the topic link.

In the "header," under "Hello X" and next to your avatar, are two links to Unread Posts and New Replies.

Are we ever going to get a chat room feature like that of BattleCorps?

Just thought I'd ask.

I think a modelling/painting section would be a great synch release with the official announcement with the first mini pics.

(Did anyone else read into Randalls Post about 'public details being scarce?' I think it's safe to say the prepainted versus unpainted issue has been resolved, just not announced....sneaky sealord  :D)
