Latest Game Development posting

I for one am very happy to read that older generation leviathans will have stats available. These will be great for scenarios featuring minor air powers.

I've always been a proponent of show, not tell myself.

So if you wanted to show an example or two, I wouldnt mind at all.   ;D

"O Columbia! the gem of the ocean,
The home of the brave and the free,
The shrine of each patriot's devotion,
A world offers homage to thee"

Yes ;)

Is it also in perfect 3D, gnawed out of soap by an army of small woodland creatures? I mean, no WONDER it's taking forever to release those minis.  ;D

Hmm,

Well, it's French, we can tell that from the configuration of the main lifting tanks.
It's a bit smaller than a Grenouille-class.
It's got plain old props rather than ducted fans.
It also appears to be missing the forward canards that modern French Leviathans have.
As well as the afore-mentioned Barbettes.

Anyone spot anything else?

There's a lot more differences - the galley's non-existant, the quarters are much more cramped, and the Tesla coils are the very early versions which tend to cause excessive sublimation. You just have to look properly ...

However, kitchens are already state-of-the-art and provisions for a proper wine cellar are there ;)

* Tonbo Karasu puts pedant hat on.

I think you'll find that galley is the nautical term for kitchen.

* Tonbo Karasu de-pedants.

The bit about the wine cellar seems fully accurate to me, though.

Sublimation?  I thought that the electoloid in the Trim Tanks that get acted upon by the Tesla Coils was a liquid?

I'm pretty sure that sublimation means to turn crystals into purple gas...
