I've been doing some stats on the various information that we have at the moment.
In nearly all instances the difference in average roll for the Target Dice on any particular location increases by 1 when the leviathan stops moving.
Except broadside on CLs. If a CL stops moving with its broadside to the enemy the average roll for its Target Dice goes from 6.5 (dB) to 11 (2dR), an increase of almost 70% and 4 1/2 times as much as the effect on destroyers, CAs and Battleships.
Is there a particular reason for this?
