Hmm. That reminds me...
Any predictions on general Leviathan trends with the nations we havent had detailed yet?

The shrine of each patriot's devotion,

I'd like to know how Australia ended up a Republic, and if their was some half assed attempt at a Revulsion that took de-facto control of the government because Royalists and the Empire couldn't make it to the battles on time due to travel distances. Are their one or more Counter Republican moments (one Imperial the other Commonwealth?) capable of fielding Lev. Squadrons (perhaps with English Support).

The Potemkin could go Pirate-The Hunt for the Red October was based on a incidence of a soviet surface vessel making a dash for Sweden if I remember. Don't forget Professor Fates' Iron Overcast Commerce Raider-a real 'tricked-out' vessel. Use it as a random event during a scenario. Von Vorbecks' LuftSturm Kommando could do a raid at St. Nazaire and make off with one of Frances' Levs'. Landlocked countries would want Lev's. Small rich countries would want them. Why not a Papal Hospital AeroLiner? It would really help remote area missionaries. The more factions the better but that's me.

hey guys, speaking of factions, what effect does Leviathans do to the current pre-1910 alliances? Would the alliances remain of would it be redrawn becoz of the advent of flying ships?

It's a very different world. England remains the pre-eminent world power, and therefore the target of everyone's scheming. There's no Anglo-French closeness as there was in our mundane timeline - far from it! Nor is there the same Anglo-German rivalry. Italy is more unified, and the Russians less backwards.

Funny how that works out ... ;)

Of course, by 1910 it's Britain, not England.  I could go into a big long rant here, but won't.
England =/= Britain

Is there any idea of how each faction might play?  Are the British ships slow, heavy armored and hard hitting while the French have faster, more maneuverable and lighter armed ships?
