No, but I did have to paint the hull with a fuzzied toothpick.

Since I haven't done this yet ...
Howdy,I'm Matt residing in Northeast Ohio, yet another BattleTech player and forum denizen chomping at the bit for Leviathans to be officially unleashed upon the world. I personally can't wait to see what they have in store for us with the German fleet.

Hi all,

Guess I'll jump right in.  My name is Matthew and I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, moved to upstate NY for several years and just recently moved back to Omaha again.  I've been checking up on this website off and on since sometime in 2010.. I'm not sure, but I think I stumbled in here whilst checking out the Catalyst home page or something.  Finally decided to purchase all the online material I can find and start playing.  I don't actually have any gaming friends out here, but there are a number of game shops and a couple of local cons, so I figured if I offered to demo the game it would be a great way to make some new friends, etc etc.

Other than that, I'm getting back into Battletech again after a long hiatus.. the 25th Anniversary box set is in my Amazon cart ready to roll... I also enjoy romantic comedies, sunsets and long walks on the beach.  Guess that about sums it up.  :P

Glad to be here!

Matthew

Romantic comedies...? Uh, I mean to say, Welcome aboard Matthew! Feel free to pop by the galley sometime. You can't eat anything of course, but you're welcome to watch everyone else eat while you scrub pots.

Hola!(as we seem to be saying more & more here in S.Jersey),I just found out about Leviathans
& being a closet Hapsburg decided I had to get in on this Game.

My name is Bill & I'm not really a Dwarf but I am old :P long time board war gamer and for
the past 10 years or so have drifted into minatures.

Love the Leviathans time period & the ships, back in the day Jutland was one of my favorite
games but you had to play it on the floor which now days is a bit much.So I'm glad this
game will come with a board.

It's not quite the feat that catching Wombat would have been on the old CBT boards, or Moonsword on the new ones, so I think I'm up to the challenge.

It's only a matter of time. >:D

And the vast majority of my posts (unless I'm responding to Weirdo) are actually on topic!

I didn't even notice your post count had gotten so high. Maybe it's because you don't have Toolian's habit of saying oddball things.

I got a big boost back when I ran a couple of games on the forum here, and have been posting occasional bits and pieces for a couple of years now.  They just all add up.   :D

It's not normally a big thing for me: I tend not to say much (partly because the forum security intermittently declares my ISP to be dangerous, and I have to do sums every time I try to post something...)
